out of d given options i think electrical in IIT kHaragpur is d best option considering d job prospects and other prospects of electrical is much higher and u shud opt for btech course.

moreover i want to share 1 thing more, taking into consideration recent trends u shud opt for cse in iits either in 5 old iits or if not then according to my calculations, its better to go for comp sci at IIT(BHU) Varanasi(formerly IT BHU) as it is officially an IIT now. you can check dis bill HAS BEEN PASSED BY RAJYA SABHA on 30 april 2012. AND DIS YEAR d avg placements of cse in IIT BHU is around an avg of 15 lacs so cse in IITs has always been very fruitful and IIT BHU will overtake IIT ROORKEE in a couple of years (its already ahead of iit guwahati) so u shud opt fr cse dere.
