can anybody tell me do i have any chances of getting nit jalander or hamirpur in ece branch in 2 or 3 rd round of counselling...this year ???

what in ur choice are the best options available to me

My rank in JEE Advanced 2022 is 1871. Should I go for IIT Guwahati ECE or IIT Kanpur Mechanical and try for a branch change to CS or Electrical Engineering? Is changing your branch very difficult?
