I am getting 227 marks in IIT JEE 2012 and expect around 500 rank in OBC.

please help me to arrange following branches and colleges.(keeping my OBC marks in concern)

2.mech.(either B.Tech or Dual)kanpur,kharagpur,madras,delhi

3.chem.(B.Tech or dual)bombay,kanpur,delhi

4.civil in top 5 IITs
