Hi my son is interested in Computers but general talk in computer filed recession

is there, but electronics is ever green, in other way we are hearing that even electrical students also doing computer jobs, your views are invited on this...

his aim is to complete his graduation in IITs and MBA at IIM, after his studies he will go for a job approx 5 to 7 yrs and he would like to start his own business..

keeping all the above in view which is the best stream to select now?

I disagree that the computer field is suffering from recession. These are plain rumours.

Even now if you pickup any college/university you will see that computer graduates usually are placed 120-160% and even the highest salary offer is given to a computer graduate.

Regarding others (electronics,electricals) even tha=ey are great fields. I think your decision should be driven by the interest of your cchild.
