i xpect 75 to 80 aggregate i n p.c.m. in this year 12th boards.......should i take a drop for iit2013 or luk to get thru anywhere else this year itself,i think i can pull off a rank upto 15000 in aieee this year....

No news is confirmed yet for IITJEE 2013

And you should only take a drop if you are 110% sure that you can make it to IIT next year

I would suggest you to go to the college you get in the AIEEE if you are sure thet you can get a rank of 15000.

Also the is no such confirmation for IIT JEE 2013 as the HRD ministry has decided to abolish th JEE exam.

Therefore do not drop a year or your chances of getting a better college next year might decrease .

Dropping a year increases pressure on the student .
