When companies like google , facebook etc select students from a college do they also consider their +2 board marks or just give them job on the basis of their btech. marks ..?

they just dont look only at your marks.....they mainly check your soft skills and technical skills..... marks doesnt matter much in their interviews....If u are enough technically & softly skilled, then u can get through their interviews....
