MS ( masters degree in science) is done after completing your bachelors degree in any filed, be it enginnering,medical,arts,,music

after completing B.Tech, students fly to countries like USA/Canada, UK and Australia to have their masters degree for 2 years(minimum)

for USA,you need to get through GRE exam

for CANADA, u need to go through TOEFL/GRE

for Australia, u need to go through IELTS which are all exams for testing your ENGLISH proficiency.

Apart from this, in INDIA,IITs are offering the 2-yr masters in science course in various departments.
