If i do btech from some other good institute other than iit and then go for mtech from iit will i get same placement offers as the iitians who done their btech from iit and now doing mtech with me from iit too ?

The placements for both B Tech and MTech from IITs are different,

Its much better to do B Tech from IITs in comparision with M Tech,
