First of all, one cannot be sure if there will be an IIT JEE 2014.
Yes, and in case there is IIT JEE 2014 it is highly likely there will be a change in pattern of selection.
These are things one should not worry about. What ever be the pattern, the mode preparation would still remain the same.
So prepare well.
