i will give iit2012.........wht is the ideal time 2 start giving mock tests(at home,not d coaching center ones)?.......

It is very much advisable to take mock tests throughout the duration of preparation.

Hi Shreya,

The mock tests you give at home is to assess yourself (here you wouldn't get an assessment in comparision to others).

So once you've ready the particular syllabus of a mock test, you can give the test at any convenient time of yours, preferably in the particular order of IIT JEE Exam timings (so that your mind gets tuned to that format).
