Grade 12Discuss with colleagues and IITians

I am a class 11th student who wants to crack iit but I don't know how as most of the websites and iitians say they only studied for 2 or 3 hours a day and cracked it but I can't believe this as there are several other students who also work for 2 or 3 hours but most were not able to qualify so I want to know is there some type of scheduled time table and techniques which can help in cracking iit.

Hi Swatantra,

Yes you are right that many have cleared it by just preparing 2-3 hours a day, but capability of every individual is different

You need to clear all your basics first, prepare your plan according to 2013 because you are going to give the test in 2013.

We hope that you will make it to the IIT in 2013.

My rank in JEE Advanced 2022 is 1871. Should I go for IIT Guwahati ECE or IIT Kanpur Mechanical and try for a branch change to CS or Electrical Engineering? Is changing your branch very difficult?
