Hi Sakshi,
You should focus on understanding the concepts in physics (you should be absolutely clear on terms like speed, velocity, distance, displacement, and in topics like Heat and Light which are important topics in Physics)
Same would apply to chemistry as well, one should read and understand the concepts in the text book.
For Maths, once you read the theory you should focus on Problem Solving. And problem solving should be a gradual process and one should solve problems on one's own wihtout trying to look at the solution, and once attempted should cross check it with the solution to see if one has solved it right.
Once you meticulously plan and prepare for your school in 9th and 10th, you can start your IIT Preparation in class 11th in full swing.
