Engineering would be a better option bcoz u can directly go for a job with the B.E degree itself.But if u go in for MBBS u compulsorily need to do a PG degree. So,B.E would be the best option. n as far as the entrance exams r concerned both of them have equal difficulty and competition.
According engineering line is more beneficial as you have many optins to choose ahead. Going for medical will cost u heavily .. with a much fierce competition.
