can i appear in iit-jee and aieee after 10+3 year civil eng. diploma(punjab state board of technical education).......there is no problem that i get admission in 1st year or 2nd year.

i'm very sry to tl u dat u can't appear in these xams bcoz iitjee gives 2 attempts,one immediately in the year of passing class 12 and the other one in the consecutive next year only.
