sir i want to know what is the best way to study physics for iit jee

after reading the theory when i try to do the problems i was not able to solve many of them but one one of my freind does all the ques. after reading the theory......why is it so??????????

That simply means you just go on reading and reading. Please solve practice questions side by side.
