Both NSIT & NIT Allahabad are very good colleges, u should choose on the basis of where u live, which branches u r getting, if u r from delhi and getting good branch in NSIT, u must choose NSIT, if u r getting branch other than CSE or ECE at NSIT, U must go for NIT Allahabad
