how are the placements in nit trichy? are they comparable to that of iit chennai? what is the highest salary offered for a nitian of trichy campus?

yes they r comparable with iit chennai .highest package of nit trichy has been 26lacs and there r always packages of above 20lacs in nit trichy

No !!

After all IIT-Madras is an IIT !!

NIT-Trichy has the highest package of 23 Lakhs in 2010 for Computer Science & Engineering Branch!!

The Average Package @ NIT-Trichy last year was 16.8 lakhs !!
