If someone gets Process Engineering with MBA Dual Course in IIT Roorkee, then what is the chance to upgradation to a BTech course on the basis of First year CGPA. Is such a shift possible and to which possible branch if rank is around 3700?

You have to obtain minimum CGPA  of 8. and it will also depend on the vacancy in the department you are opting for.but it is not impossible.
