Which is better : IT in IIIT-D or IT in DTU/NSIT ?

I am Outside Delhi candidate and my AIR is 4150.

without second thought go for IT at DTU. Please note DTU is much better college than NSIT in all aspects like infrastructure, Campus, Faculty and Placements. Also DTU is ranked 9 as per Outlook survey, whereas NSIT ranked 17
