Respected sir,I beg to saythat i have got 2702 rank in uptu. i want to participate in the 2ndround of counselling offered by CAB.SO ,in the1st round the submission of 5000 ruppee draft is compulsory.But if isubmit the college fee i.e. 10000it will berefunded or not.?.Is there any way so that i would not submit thefee?because after the 2nd round counsellingi will have to deposite 10,000 ruppee again.so i request you to give me brief information regarding this briefly.thanking you,your'sNavin Dixitcon.-7275300889
