sir i belong to bc category and i have got 50000 air category rank.my state rnk is 1431 (category). my home state is haryana.can i get admission in murthal,ymca or in nit kurukshetra.. also tell me whether in state colleges state rnk is given importance or air rank is considered.. if air rnk is considered then what is the significance of state rnk in haryana

There is no use of state rank and getting NIT kurukshetra is very difficult.
