Hi sir,

I am interested in studying nanotechnology, do iit's offer Btech courses in this field, plz explain in detail.

Hi,

 

At the moment nanotechnology is only offered at the post graduate level in IITs

You can do B.Tech in Electronics from IITs and specialise in nanotechnology while doing M.Tech.
