I already have an admission to SRM Chennai for Mechanical Engg on merit. I also stand a fair chance on the counselling for getting Home State Quota for Chemical Engg in NIT after may be a couple of rounds. I am from Chennai

Which is a better institute to choose - academically and in general college life wise and finally ofcourse long term.
