My first option choice was 4 year B.Tech then 5yr M.Tech course. I have got admission in ECE 5yr dual degree in IIT,Kharagpur. Is there any chance of getting 4 yr B.Tech in further rounds?

The chances seems to be very less as very few people do not opt for the course among the top rankers and the fees in case you pay is non refundable
