Eng physics at IITM is a very good option and has a lot of scope.
As u have got(I assume as allotment was done)eng physics at IITM u could have got cse/ece in IT BHU, which is avery good institute in comparision to NIT Warangal. Since u opted Eng physics over it gon with IIT if u are really interested.
Case 2-if u did not opt IT BHU because it does not have IIT tag and if u are interested in core eng then go for NIT.
More over this year parlament has approved resolution for giving IIT tag to IT BHU.
