CSE is better @ NIT-Kurukshetar compared to all other NIT's in your choice !
The Preference order for CSE Branch for you will be like so
1.NIT-Kurukshetra9CSE)
2.NIT-Jaipur(CSE)
3.NIT-Jalandhar(CSE)
