Grade 12Discuss with colleagues and IITians

I have got aieee rank:AIR- 20000 and HS- 1514. I am from maharashtra so i am getting NIT NAGPUR under state quota. I was planing to take admission at NIT Nagpur and simultaneously study for iit. I have already got 190 this year in jee. Is it recommended??Or should i drop a year and fully focus on iit. Or not bother and go ahead to graduate from NIT nagpur??

in my opinion u should take a drop...u have a good chance to get in a good iit
