I have doubt over good branch in new iits vs not so good branches or five year courses in old iits vs core branches in it bhu...i am also confused with which is better, 4 yr b.tech or 5 year integrated m.tech

It could be more easier to answer if you post you rank. Anyways, My suggestion would be DONT CHOOSE AGRICULTURE AND FOOD ENGG, TEXTILE TECHNOLOGY, CERAMIC ENGINEERING, coz it is very restricted and u will not have much scope. New IITS have got the brand name, but you would not feel the life of an IIT there, if u r getting a core branch in IT-BHU, choose it with ur eyes shut, if u r a dropper and dont want to spend another year, then dont take M.Tech, else it is not a bad option at all, and have u forgotten about ISM Dhanbad, it is as good as old IITs and much better than new IIts :)...feel free to mail me on sukhendra.wizkid@gmail.com if u want to know more about ISM Dhanbad :)
