i am starting my prepration now will i be able to crack iit jee 2010 if i start preparing from now onwards

Definitely , you can crack IIT

1 year preparation is more than enough

Having proper guidance and choosing best institute( if any) and following a strict shedule in covering topics is the key success to these competitive exams

I'd ask you to be clear with basic concepts for cracking JEE
