I have got 23784 rank in Aieee, state rank-4318.....

but I am also eligible for admission in IISER. So, which one is a better option.

Do IISER's have good future prospects?

IISER is better option. Remember, selection to IISER  is based on IITJEE which is superior to AIEEE
