sir im getting 2711 rank in uptu .....according to this rank i can get iet lko.....i want to do civil.....bt my aieee rank is not up to the mark(air-37262)....so shud i go for iet ?is it gud?how are its placements?......also i wnt to ask wil iget civil in hbti or not?
