Sir, which is better I.E.Irodov or Resnick,Halliday Walker....???????

Resnick, Halliday and Walker is known as The Bible for Physics. It is the best book to learn your concepts from. On the other hand, I E Irodov has the greatest set of problems you can find on topics covered in JEE,

So my suggestion would be to learn your theory from Resnick, Halliday and Walker and then Practice the extremely tough problems given in Irodov just for a challenge. I can tell you this, that if you can solve most of problems given in Irodov, then a rank in the top 500 is assured for you.
