can we get required branch in iit kharagpur or madras in second allotnent of seats? is there any chance of any vacant seats in iit kharagpur or madras in second allotment? can i fetch a better branch in iit kharagour or madras for my air rank 6872 in general categeory? please reply as early as possible

You can view the closing ranks of last year. They are just an indication but the closing ranks remains 100 or 50 ranks close. So you don't expect some miracle to happen
