 Yes, it is possible, that one can change d branch by scoring top marks!!!!!  But, d institute only offfer it!!!!!

Yup theres definitely a chance of changing if u r amongst d toppers..

Seats are vacant becoz some leave their seats after clg starts. n its a usual phenomenon n every year students leave so that seats are left vacant
