electrical dual degree(vlsi) in madras or electrical btech in kharagpur or cs btech in roorke

Please go for CS at IIT-Roorkee that is what seems to be the better one in my sight !!!

as u are an iitian now look this is what the ans look like

branch  cs>electrical

 iit        kharagpur>>roorkee

in roorkee cs is not of that level what is in other surely better than kharagpur but electrical of kharagpur is way better than roorkee or even madras so choose iit kgp electrical
