PLZ ANSWER THIS QUESTION.CURRENTLY I AM IN CLASS-X

I HAD DOUBTS ABOUT ELECTRICITY LESSON.

IF THE CURRENT IN THE CIRCUIT AND POTENTIAL DIFFERENT IS NOT GIVEN.AND AND TWO ARE POINTS FOR EXAMPLE A AND B AND GIVEN TO FIND THE EQUIVALENT REISTANCE.THEN I AM NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHICH COMBINATION IS SEIRES AN D WHICH IS PARALLEL.THERE FORE I WOULD REQUEST U TO SUGGEST ANY OTHER METHOD/METHODS TO DETERMINE HOW TO UNDERSTAND WHICH IS IN SERIES AND PARALLEL.

u can easily understand them. treat the points A and B as connected directly to battery.

an easy trick may be that:

number each joint of the resistors .   as like no.1 to point A. and keep pointing nos upto B.

then write nos of A and B at some distance.  and other nos in between the space, check how the junctions are (nos) connected to each other and draw staright lines.

after skching it gives simplified figure easily to identy connections. joints connected directly through wire act as one point as there is no pot. diff, b/w them
