Hi,
To be eligible to appear for CEE, you must have passed +2 , or class 12th from a school in Delhi or National Capital Region.
If you have, then you are eligible to appear for CEE, and thereby appear for the 85% seats of DCE and NSIT, that are reserved for admission through CEE. The remainig 15 %, which are all india seats, are reserved for admission through AIEEE.
