when we sit in a vehicle and watch the moon ,moon appears moving .why?

bcoz the earth is moving.. n we r also moving with earth...

That is why

It is all due to relative velocity and the frame you are in....\

If you are on the ground, you see the moon at rest( the velocity of moon w.r.t earth as appeared from earth is negligible).....when you are in a car,,,,, you are in motion w.r.t Earth and consecutively, w.r.t the moon also..... hence you feel that the moon is going in the opposite direction.........
