Difference between 1D, 2D, 3D

 

In 1D: Only deminssion is defined in one unit

2D: Two units is defined in dimenssion

3D: 3 Units are deined in dimenssion

While considering 1std,we are talking about only one dimension i.e. distance in general.Suppose a particle in just rolled on ground , we can find its position as a component of only 1 axis.
