Dear Vivek, At present , civil is considered as good branch,, but one can't tell about after next 4 years, as it is not an evergreen branch!!!!! It was not a crazious branch 5 years ago!!!!! In India civil has got a freat future!!!!!!in fact in 2010 NITK placements...civil was given high priority with a highest package of abt 8.2 lakhs per annum....so NIT warangal must be similar...all the best!!!!!!!!

My rank in JEE Advanced 2022 is 1871. Should I go for IIT Guwahati ECE or IIT Kanpur Mechanical and try for a branch change to CS or Electrical Engineering? Is changing your branch very difficult?
