Hi, i want some advice from u........actually after my btech in ec, m thinking to apply for mtech/phd in astronomy in iisc/iia etc bcoz m interested in research here....i m going to appear in jest 2012 for this.......but can u plz tell me about d carrier opportunities after it.....because i fear about the limited opportunities in this field compared to jobs in IT,engineering sectors etc....am i going to risk my career????? Plz help

I would advise you shud go for this, there are lots of good opportunities....

Are core branches(Mechanical) in Top 3 NIT worth it ?

My rank in JEE Advanced 2022 is 1871. Should I go for IIT Guwahati ECE or IIT Kanpur Mechanical and try for a branch change to CS or Electrical Engineering? Is changing your branch very difficult?
