I have big year drops of 4 year after class 12 n 2 year after btech in 2009. i m going to take admission in iit this year. Will i face problems in mtech placements in iits. Plz reply or Should i hav to go for phd ultimately

No not at all you won't face any problem provided you maintain a good GPA and can face the interview well....BEST OF LUCK...
