Plz help me to find a way. Actually i am a final year MTech student studying in nit....and m going to passout by end of july.....But the craziest thing i have done is that i have secured luckily a very top rank in GATE 2011(within AIR top 30), which i appear just for my self evaluation n not intending to get into iit,iisc etc...... BUT now i feel tempted to get again into ME in Microelectronics in IISC....Plz suggest WHAT TO DO?

Dear student,

If you are willing to get into research work you shud take admission in IISC/IIT....

Are core branches(Mechanical) in Top 3 NIT worth it ?

My rank in JEE Advanced 2022 is 1871. Should I go for IIT Guwahati ECE or IIT Kanpur Mechanical and try for a branch change to CS or Electrical Engineering? Is changing your branch very difficult?
