i hav both the optionz iit indore mechanical and dce comp sc.....which is the better option.??

I know u are right now lured by the IIT brand name, but frankly speaking DCE is a far better college than iit indore at present. IIT Indore is a recently opened institute and it would take years for IIT Indore to compete with the fellow IITs or even DCE. DCE is a very good college with excellent faculty and a decent past placement record.

Also, as far as the discipline is concerned , Comp. Sc is more rewarding compared to Mechanical engineering. Newer IITs do not have proper infra to provide the level of education , othere IIts are providing at present. Also, it wont be clear , hw the new faculty at IIT Indore turns out to be. On the other hand DCE has gt experienced faculty, so it would be better to opt for DCE.
