Yes, I.A, Maron is a very good book. You can also study J. Edward as it starts from very basic concepts and later move onto very high level concepts. Both of these would be a good option.

Yes IA maron is a good book and if you do GN Berman along with it then your concepts will be strong and clear and then you can solve the iit questions easily by applying those concepts
