i am selected in prep course in iit rajasthanan and for btech in mnit jaipur with it branch which is better for me.

NIT Rajasthan is a new institute and it will definitely take some time to establish itself as a good institute. On yhe other  hand MNIT jaipur is an established NIT, so it would be a better option to opt for there, and also its a prep course . Moreover the first batches from most of the institutes do suffer.
