A REFERENCE FRAME THAT IS HAVING SOME ACCELRATION AND IS NOT MOVING WITH UNIFORM VELOCITY IS CALLED NON INERTIAL REFRENCE FRAME.....FOR NON INERTIAL FRAME-IF YOU ARE ANALYSING IT FROM GROUND FRAME WHICH IS INERTIAL THEN U HAVE TO APPLY THE CONCEPT PSEUDO FORCE TO GET YOUR EQUATIONS TO WORKING......
