hi . first of all i want to congratulate u . see for ur rank to get a seat in nit rourkela is a bit difficult . u cant get seat in good dept. like cse, ece ,eee , mech. ,chemical ETC. u can get a seat in bio medical eng.

Now its a matter taht whether there are any seats available in the NITs or not. The top branches probably must have been filled up by now. In the fourth counselling, the not so desired branches might have a place , so u can try ur luck.

there is no surity that u'll get a place, so always keep ur other options open.
