IN aieee what happen in 4th round???can every eligeable students can get admission in any college??

Any eligible student can get admission only if he's the one according to the merit. The seats which are vacant are filled up as per the choices, but its all on the basis of merit only.

There is no first come first serve basis, as done by some private colleges. U need to be at a higher prefernce as  per ur choice to get the vacant seat.
