are thee good salaries and oppurtunities in biotechnology/genetic engineering field.i am studying 12th standard,and i am preparing for iit. my sister is handicapped,so i have ambition to become a scientist in biotechnology or geneticengineering and cure all such people.But elders suggested me that there are no good salaries and oppurtunities.if it is true is there any way how i can reach my ambition.I DONT WANT TO GO ABROAD LEAVING MY PARENTS.please help me.
